What we collect
- Calculator inputs: nothing. The fee calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type are not sent to us or stored anywhere.
- Waitlist sign-ups: if you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and anything else you choose to tell us in the form (for example, which platforms you sell on). We use it to send you Flip Profit HQ updates, the cheat sheet you asked for, and early-access offers.
- Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record (the seller on your receipt) and handles sales tax, VAT and payment support. We receive your name, email, billing country and order details, but never your full card number.
- Analytics: we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across sites and doesn’t collect personal information. It tells us things like page views and which pages are popular.
- Server logs: our host (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Your Google Sheet
The Flip Profit HQ template is a copy in your own Google Drive. We cannot see it or the data you put in it.
Cookies
We don’t set advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe’s checkout page may set cookies needed to process your payment and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We never sell your email or personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run this site, our email list and checkout, and only so they can provide those services, or when the law requires it.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email flipprofithq@gmail.com to ask for a copy of your data or to have it deleted.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
